Fun watch!
Just finished this, and it was pretty good. I wish there’d been more interactions with the aliens, or more people who were secretly an alien the whole time, but I liked it. 7/10. (Also I loved the Trezzure poster that Shauna had hanging on her wall in the last scene in the movie.)

A carefully diverse but unlikeable cast…
You can tell the filmmakers were very conscious of the carefully curated demographics; can’t have too many white people. You can, however, make comments about how moronic white people are. The main characters were all extremely unlikeable, especially Chloe. I’d rather stick needles in my eyes than spend a minute in a room with that person. This movie is awful, and the worst kind of awful: unimaginative; stupidly, panderingly woke; Unoriginal; sophomoric; and not remotely scary or creepy or even tense. You actually WANT everyone to die. Don’t waste your time, as I did. So far, Into the Dark is about 50/50 on the watchability scale.
