One of the best DC animated movies!
Im a big fan of the DC universe.Though I have never been a big fan of wonder woman, never hated her,but never saw anything special in her.So when I decided to watch this I never thought it would be this good. As of now this is one of my favorite animated DC movies.

This is basically wonder womans origin story,and her fight against Ares, the god of war. The story is great and does a great job showing wonder womans interaction with the “real” world and her relationship with both her amazonian sisters and men. The story also does a good job introducing the mythology of the Amazons. The voice acting is excellent and both animation and action is on a very high level. I personally loved the intricacy of the action sequences. While kinda short the movie very fun the whole way.

After watching it,it saddens me that this story was not made into a live action movie because I believe it would be a worthy addition to the DC comics short movie list and a great way to introduce this character to a broader audience.

One of the finest animated movies ever made
In my opinion this is an amazing piece of work as it brings the tale of Wonder Woman to life.

The Amazons reside on a secret island in peace, after defeating the ‘God of War’, Ares and stripping him of his God-like powers. However, the peaceful existence is shattered when a pilot named Steve arrives and Diana, princess of the Amazons is assigned to take Steve back to the world of the living…..But Diana faces the greatest threat of all, when Ares is released…

As a ‘Comic-Book Fan’ it shames me that I did not take time to read about Wonder-Woman, mainly because I was attracted to ‘Batman and Wolverine’ (I honestly do not know why.) But Wonder-Woman is a character that is fascinating and strong, she the definitive heroine.

I felt that this movie was perfect as it had the right amount of comedy, romance and action with some great scenes of self-Independence..Like when Diana lifts the table with a single hand. I was dazzled by the depth of the animation, it brought Diana to life and her fellow Amazons…All sexy and dynamic, while Ares was a satisfactory villain.

The voice actors are the key here, each person gives something unique to the character they are playing, especially Keri Russell and Nathan Fillion, who is hilarious as the womaniser.

But what makes this movie even great, is that it is not targeted at kids, it’s brutal and bloody (Although you never see any blood)…The action is brilliantly directed.

One of the finest animated movies ever made….
